Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask that all appointment cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee if unable to reschedule or the appointment cannot be filled.
Appointments missed without any notice will be considered a No-Show and will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee.
After three (3) No-Show appointments, online booking privileges will be suspended. Future appointments will require direct contact with me and must be scheduled no more than 24 hours in advance.
